Presentation of Colours, Bharathi's investiture ceremony, was held on the 28th of June, 2024 at Nehru Stadium, Coimbatore.
The investiture ceremony signifies the bestowment of responsibility and leadership to the new office bearers of the student body. The ceremony was graced by Wing Commander M. Pargunan, Commanding Officer of 2(TN) Air Squadron, NCC, Coimbatore, the Chief Guest, and Dr. M. Kumaresan, District Inspector of Physical Education Coimbatore, the Guest of Honour. Mr. C. Anand from the School's Management, Mr. Sanjeev Anand, the Correspondent, and Mrs. Nehaarika Sanjeev, Bharathi School's Sports Counsellor, presided over the ceremony.
The event began with a solemn procession by the newly elected student council members, dressed formally. They were led by a parade with the tiny tots of the kindergarten. The ceremony included oath-taking by the student council members, flag handing over, and badge pinning.
Presentation of Colours 2024 marked the beginning of a new chapter in the annals of Bharathi School, with the new student leaders ready to take on their roles and discharge their duties.
