A passionate educator with a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Neil Guha, has served as Principal for over 17 years, working in multiple states and collaborating with some of the country's most esteemed educational institutions. He has served as Principal and Senior Principal for reputed CBSE schools in Erode, Karur, Tirupur, and Coimbatore, with robust leadership and a dedication to academic excellence. He possesses a diverse skill set and extensive knowledge with a background in Economics and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. He has won many accolades, including the 'Excellence Award' for 'The Innovative Principal' at the 3rd School Innovation Summit in 2020. He is recognised for his outstanding contribution to digital learning, shaping the teaching faculty and fostering a nurturing environment that prioritises the holistic development of students. He strives to foster a collaborative spirit among teachers and the wider school community, contributing to an enriching educational environment.
