The Annual Sports Day for the Primary School was held on the 28th of June 2024 at Nehru Stadium, Coimbatore.
Wing Commander M. Pargunan, Commanding Officer of 2(TN) Air Squadron, NCC, Coimbatore and Dr. M. Kumaresan, District Inspector of Physical Education Coimbatore, graced the event as the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour, respectively. Mr. C. Anand from the School's Management, Mr. Sanjeev Anand, the Correspondent, and Mrs. Nehaarika Sanjeev, Bharathi School's Sports Counsellor, presided over the event. The Sports Day celebration commenced with a colourful cheer dance by grade 2 students and a well-synchronised mass drill by grade 5 students. The Sports Day included running, shuttle, and relay events.
The young athletes showed prowess and sportsmanship, cheered by their peers, parents, and teachers. The eventful day culminated with the prize distribution ceremony, during which the winners were honoured with medals and certificates.

The School has taken its name after Subramania Bharathi (popularly known as ‘Mahakavi Bharathi’) pioneer of modern Tamil poetry, a fiery independence activist, a remarkable social reformer, and a journalist. He is an archetype of revolutionary thinking, modern ideas, the invincible spirit of freedom and courage. Bharathi School is a quintessence of his tenets in letter and spirit.
