Bharathi's Annual Sports Day 2025 - Day 2

Bharathi School's Annual Sports Day for the Primary Wing was held  on the 28th of June, 2025,  on the Multi-Sport Turf at Yuva Enclave. Mrs. S. Bhuvaneshwari, the District Sports and Youth Welfare Officer of Coimbatore, attended the event as the Chief Guest in the presence of Mr. Anand, a member of the School Management; Mr. Neil Guha, the Senior Principal; Mrs. Mary Novate, the Principal; and Mrs. Renu, the Vice-Principal. The Principal and the Vice-Principals of the sister concern, along with other dignitaries, graced the event.

The Multi-sport turf was reverberating with the symphony of sounds of the Band drill, a structured and synchronised execution of movements and formations. The precise steps, formations, and musical execution created a visual impact, and the band's overall performance thrilled the audience. The following colourful Ball Drill featured kids handling balls with grace and poise, where simple balls became tools of creativity, forming patterns and movements. The fun games and track and field events had interesting finishes, despite the occasional drizzles. The podium finishers were honoured by the dignitaries with medals. 

The Chief Guest appreciated the enthusiasm and zeal of the participants in her address. Sharing interesting anecdotes from her service, she emphasised the significance of sports and requested that parents encourage their children to play outdoors more. The Primary Wing's Sports Day showcased the talent and sportsmanship of the young athletes as they competed to make their houses' flags fly high.
