'Navratri', the festival that honours the ten-day epic battle between Goddess Durga and the demon Mahishasura, was celebrated with devotion and festivities. The middle school students presented a devotional song and a dance drama that depicted the story of Navadurga (nine forms of the Goddess) representing Goddesses Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Parvati. They also vividly narrated the origin of Kolu—the exhibition of figurines arranged in stepped displays.
