Bharathi School celebrated Christmas with a special programme spreading the spirit of the Season. The school choir's prayer song, "O Come All Ye Faithful," began in a joyful tone to mark the celebration. Students from LKG to Grade 5 performed a skit on the theme, "The Fruits of the Holy Spirit". The skit was about a group of children in a classroom working on a game called "Christma and Christ Child" in which Eunice, a compassionate girl, got mocked for her idea of making handmade cards. Later, an elderly vendor offered Eunice a Magical Christmas Mirror that reflected the heart within. On Christmas Day, as all the children flaunted their costly gifts, Eunice humbly presented the Christmas Mirror. When the other children saw their reflections in the mirror, which were dull and unclear, Eunice radiated brilliance, revealing the beauty of her heart. The skit reminded the children that Christmas is not about expensive gifts, but about the goodness that shines from one's heart. The surprise visit by Santa Claus and the teacher's concluding message highlighted the values of compassion and charity. The skit highlighted that a heart filled with the fruits of the Holy Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control allows the light of Christ to dwell within us, making every day a true Christmas. The programme culminated in a vibrant finale that included skit, choir, and dance participants performing in joyful harmony.
