Bharathi School organised and conducted a three-week Summer Sports Camp from April 15 to May 7, 2024.
The camp's goal was overall development, and it aimed to improve the participants' physical fitness, skill development in the chosen sport, teamwork, and personal growth. Around 235 students participated in this camp. Knowledge, skill training, and practice sessions were held for the following sports: athletics, basketball, kho-kho, volleyball, football, and throwball. The camp included hill training at Anuvavi Hills in Periya Thadagam to enhance the participants' endurance, performance, and training efficiency.

About Bharathi
The School has taken its name after Subramania Bharathi (popularly known as ‘Mahakavi Bharathi’) pioneer of modern Tamil poetry, a fiery independence activist, a remarkable social reformer, and a journalist. He is an archetype of revolutionary thinking, modern ideas, the invincible spirit of freedom and courage. Bharathi School is a quintessence of his tenets in letter and spirit.
