"Navigating careers in a changing world," a career guidance programme for grade 11 and 12 students, was conducted by Ms. Latha Jayaraman, a career counsellor at the Cellar. The resource person enlightened the students about making informed decisions when selecting their academic and professional paths. She highlighted choosing the right subject group based on interests, skills, and long-term career goals. She shared details about various courses available after completing higher secondary education. Guiding how to select the right university for pursuing higher studies by considering factors like infrastructure, placement opportunities and the like, she advised the students to thoroughly research the colleges and consider the points shared by the alumni. The students interacted with the resource person during the Q&A session and discussed the scope and challenges associated with various career paths.
