Day out with city police

Bharathians had the privilege of attending the 7th-anniversary celebrations of the Children's Traffic Park on January 11, 2024. The esteemed Commissioner, Mr. V. Balakrishnan, IPS, honoured the occasion with an inspiring speech, and then expert traffic guides provided insightful explanations of road regulations and safety measures.

The students visited the Armed Resource facility and the Race Course police station, where they observed the prisons. They also visited the museum, where they saw various exhibits. The students toured the control room, observed the city's signal cameras, and learned about how information is disseminated to all police stations. Later, they visited the Dog Training Centre and witnessed the dog show. After completing their activities, the students had an interactive session with the Commissioner, during which he presented each of them with a sapling as an act of encouragement.
